He sits on a Stool with legs which are threaded on both ends that can be removed so he can become a Shelf-Sitter. He seems to be singing a lively tune perhaps “Roll Out The Barrel” while playing the Banjo.

This is a 12 1/2″Lx 15 1/2″H, Cast Aluminum, statue sign called Milwaukee, Blatz On Draft. Itis a HEAVY, 3D piece, designed at all angles. It looks as it is from the1950’s [ 1960’s]. The little barrel is made of wood, but don’t think itbelongs.
