Aumann, Donald A. Born to Eternal Life Thurs., Nov. 6, 2008, at the age of 77 years. Loving husband of Betty (nee Pflughoeft). Loving father of Janis (Dwayne) Bira and David. Loving grandpa of William Parker III (Krystal) and Nicole Parker. Loving son of Anna Aumann. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his father, Claude and brother, Marvin. Don was born in the town of York near Neillsville, WI. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of Redeemer United Church of Christ. He worked at Allis-Chalmers for 35 years until retirement. Visitation Sunday, November 9 from 3 PM until time of Service at 5 PM, at REDEEMER UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST; W220 N4915 Town Line Road, Sussex. Private burial to take place at Lisbon Central Cemetery. Hartman, Robert B., 92, of Colgate, died Feb. 25, 2001 atCommunity Memorial Hospital, In Menomonee Falls. Hartman served his countyduring WWII as a soldier in the U. S. Army. Verona Maas (nee Krueger) age 98 years. Died Friday November 27, 2009 at the Hartford Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Maas, two sons Lester and Vilas Maas, two granddaughters Cindy Anderson and Jovita Maas, brothers Ben, Alfred, Erhardt and Gilbert Krueger. She is survived by her children Winnogene (William) Wilson, Arlene (Warren) Baerenwald, Jerome (Cheryl) Maas and Shirley (Lawrence) Genrich. Verona was blessed with 22 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren along with other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Saturday December 5th 11AM at Faith EV. Lutheran Church W244 N6383 Weaver Dr., Sussex. Burial to follow at Lisbon Central Cemetery. Visitation Friday at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home W250 N6505 Hwy 164, Sussex from 4-7PM and Saturday at the church from 10AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to Faith Lutheran Church, Sussex.

Schmidt, Romaine A., nee Schmies, 62, of West Bend, died onFriday, June 14, 2002, at Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls. She wasborn on Aug. 25, 1939 in Milwaukee to the late Gottfried and Betty Jane (Norgren)Schmies, and married Marvin G. Schmidt on Dec. 8, 1955 in Milwaukee. Followingtheir marriage the couple lived in various cities, coming to West Bend in 1993.Her husband passed away on Sept. 21, 1997. She was a member of Trinity LutheranChurch, West Bend. Survivors include three children, Carrie (Bill) Wall ofSlinger, Wendy Luedcke (friend Joe Bertrand) of West Bend and Lorie Weed of WestBend; six grandchildren, Michelle, Ryan and Jaclynn Wall, Michael and JenniferLuedcke and Rachel Weed; a great-grandson, Jacob; a sister, Donna (Dick)Schwoelger of West Bend; the family pet, “Georgie;” nieces; nephews;other relatives and friends.
